Will upgrades introduce problems on my website?

Because we are working with third-party apps, we do not have control over the changes that might be introduced when the developers release new versions. However, we do our best to review all changes and sometimes we will choose to override functions that we determine to be troublesome.

Occassionally, an upgrade may change the functionality of the plugin in a way that our customers do not like. In such cases, we might decide to substitute an entirely different plugin.

Unfortunately, we cannot override functions or substitute plugins on each customer website individually as this would be near impossible to maintain efficiently. If you are unhappy with feature changes after an upgrade and the functions can be disabled or changed via configuration settings, we will be happy to make such changes for you.
