All accounts are set up manually following strict procedures in order to ensure optimal performance.
Shortly after your order is confirmed, you will receive a brief questionnaire to gather essential details so that we can properly configure all aspects of your website. We will have your CMS, theme, and plugins installed and configured on the staging server within two business days of receiving your feedback.
Next, we’ll ask specific questions regarding the site design and structure so that we can complete setup. This phase of setup should take between 2-3 business days, depending on your specific requests.
If you ordered any content management services via our Services & Add-Ons, we will provide a timeframe to perform these tasks. Otherwise, this is the point where you will begin adding your content.
Once you have determined that your website is ready to go live, we will schedule a launch time.
